Option ultra gaming
Bonjour,
J ai souscrit ce samedi un abbonement à l ultra gaming
J ai bien installé la xbox pour ça pas de soucis MAIS je n ai aucun accès à l ultimatum game pass,depuis samedi j apelle orange et on ne fait que me balader!
J ai appelé Microsoft mais ils me renvoient vers Orange,je ne sais plus quoi faire...
Impossible aussi de mettre en mode de payement orange ça ne me met que base et proximus hors base n existe plus en belgique..
Si quelqu un pouvait faire un miracle et me donner la solution mon fils lui en sera très très reconnaissant ^^

Heu... Base existe toujours en Belgique mais ce n'est pas le problème.
Pouvez-vous poster une copie d'écran de la page d'accueil de la xbox ?

It sounds frustrating that you can't access Game Pass Ultimate despite having the Xbox installed. It's disappointing that Orange hasn't been helpful in resolving the issue, especially after multiple calls. As for Traffic Rider for iOS, have you tried visiting the App Store for download?

Alors je vous donne la solution en 1000...
Et bien tout simplement il fallait que j ai l abonnement INTERNET chez orange...
Comme ce n était pas le cas ca n a jamais fonctionne...
Donc il faut l abonnement Internet chez Orange et cela fonctionnera 🙂
Jamais le vendeur ne m avait parle de ca, et je ne vous parle pas des problèmes de facturations qui en ont suivi, des raccrochages au nez de leur agents call center,et évidement pendant plus de 3 mais c est moi qui etait idiote et ne savais pas expliquer mon problème...
Voilà voilà pour mon cas 🙂
