My brother and I have developed, with the help of the KUL, a disruptive tool based on transparency to implement collective intelligence in workplaces.
It's the beginning, we have already installed it at ING, Tractebel and some PME's.
This tool (VoxCollector.com) has a strong impact on the culture of a company and allows a honest, transparent cocreation.
We have contacted some different people at Orange but "culture" is very global and who else is better placed than the CEO to talk about it?
