Ethernet extremely slow to start.

Hey! Sorry for using English.

So my problem is that it takes about 30-50 minutes on average for my computer to connect to the internet when I turn it on. Sometimes it can take up to 2-3 hours and one time it didn't connect for 9+ hours. Once it is connected it's fine.

It often connects for 1-3 seconds then the connection disappears and this happens over and over again.

My mobile using wifi works but my computer that's using cable doesn't. This has been going on for 1.5-2 years but I never really needed it but now I need it for work.

I have tried everything that I could find on Google/forums/Reddit in the past weeks to fix it but nothing worked. I also tried a factory reset, but it also didn't do anything.

I thought about trying this too, unfortunately I have no way to connect my computer right now. I'll go and buy a wifi adapter and see if it works. Thanks for the tip!

Can you also tell us how you are connect whit the cable ? 

Is there a router between you're computer and the modem or a other device for making the internet connection ?

There is nothing in between. The cable goes from the modem straight to the computer.
