Flybox internet really slow

My internet flybox is very slow and sometimes does not work at all. 
I do not understand why my mobile 3G / 4G works fine. Any help?

@floraa96 Alright, thanks for the info, does your internet speed gets slow at night or all day long?

My internet is slower, despite my speed is normal. I'm a streamer and this 8s very irritating.  It's worse in the evening

Are you using the flybox for streaming? And did you have only speed issues at night?

I am out of the house between 8 and 6 in the week so it’s difficult to say... 

There is a lot of buffering, so a few minutes and it’s fine then it is virtually off for a minute or two... 

what I find strange is that my mobile internet on my phone is consistent, I have tried moving the flybox with no change

@floraa96 I think I know what's causing this, you probably need to strengthen your signal as it may be to weak to give you a better result. You can do that manually by taping/clicking  Here 🙂.
