Hey, i would like to open myself subscribe with phone, is it possible without already existing belgium number (they ask it in the beginning) and with other bank account than belgium one

You can pay with visa of banktransfer.

But you can't get an abbonement WITH PHONE sadly enough.

You can possible open a Belgain bankaccount but you need to have a fixed adress in Belgium then.

1. Call the client service 5000 and ask them to change your existing number into your same number but than from Orange and they will send you a new sim card, BUT practically it's quicker and the easiest to

2. Go to an Orange shop and they will do the nessecary there and then and you can continue using your new Orange phone with your old number, no changes, no charges should be given, free service!

So you can have an abbonement paying with VISA or CREDIT CARD for an abbonement but sadley you can't combine this with a phone.
