Ignoring the client

Hello. For 10 days I have been waiting for a solution to the problem related to my phone number to take a new one and renew the contract. Yesterday I was at the Orane Point in Ninove. The employee replied that he would call me back. Are you kidding...?! No contact from you! I have been a customer for several years and this is how you treat it!? How much time do I have to wait…🤬

This shouldn't be happening,

I would make an official complaint! Call

Its the ombudsmantelecom, they aren't from orange but they deal with ptoblems that have to do with Orange, like abbonements, etc.

 

Hang on in there, give them a call, they will do the nescessary! Don't worry!

Hope this calms you down and helps.

First off  - there are only customers here - Orange is not monitoring this

If the employee said he would call back - we're only the day after.  So you could go back to the store tomorrow or so providing he has not called you
