Hello,My wife use this services, we went to ask for domiciliation since she feld that is enough she must pay my herself every month.Strange part is that she pay her bill in time but afterwards she got a DirectDebit payment from orange on her Bank app that is more the the subscription and there is no bill/invoice for it apart the bank statment, We called Orange and they sayd that there is nothing in thrier system and for them everithing looks fine . Please keep in mind that this happens when she went to the store to activate domiciliaring for her account 1st time - THAT DID NOT WORKED . We went second time after 2months to check and they told us that is not activated and we need to activate , we said is strange and we did it again , now she got a second DirectDebit payment on bank account with the same amount as previous that as other we do not have bill/invoice for it . Did anyone have any idea or what may be the couse of that ?
