is there any method for rechrge sim in italy ... like a short code.i have online payment pin number.from one of the recharge site.they send recharge instruction *103*pin#  but that is not working.rechrge site name ding.com.

i didn't find out any place to enter pin number in my orange app.there are only bank reload method.i have 11 digit pin..

I also use only online recharge.no idea how to rechage with the pin numbers..
