Flybox internet really slow

My internet flybox is very slow and sometimes does not work at all. 
I do not understand why my mobile 3G / 4G works fine. Any help?

@floraa96 Alright, thanks for the info, does your internet speed gets slow at night or all day long?

I am out of the house between 8 and 6 in the week so it’s difficult to say... 

There is a lot of buffering, so a few minutes and it’s fine then it is virtually off for a minute or two... 

what I find strange is that my mobile internet on my phone is consistent, I have tried moving the flybox with no change

@floraa96 I think I know what's causing this, you probably need to strengthen your signal as it may be to weak to give you a better result. You can do that manually by taping/clicking  Here 🙂.

I hope your issue gets solved.

Thanks for your help - i will try this! 

also, Is there anywhere I can find a user manual for the flybox? 
Something to explain the different lights etc on it?

Ugh @floraa96,

I see that @Superbonbon has already helped you, did you also check your consumption? Didn't you use up all your bundle? Because if you are out of bundle, your speed will automatically be throttled.

You should normally have received the user guide when you got/bought your flybox. You can still check out the FAQ of the Flybox for more info.
