The last invoice

Hi.
Customer code  1.7815771

I moved to the Netherlands and terminated my contract with Orange recently.

Today I got my last invoice which has a negative value. So it seems like you are going to pay me this time.

The problem is that my Belgian bank account is closed for good as well and I basically lost access to the customer zone to change bank account.

What are my possible options here?

Hello,

You can try to call the customer service +322745 95 00 and give your current bank account

If it's a small amount, I wouldn't bother
