Online purchase not for foreigners !

I am wondering why foreigners (inc. students with valid ID cards) can not purchase from the online orange shop  even though they are orange customers ?

I call this disfunctionality, inequality, mismanagement and lack of respect for customers.

I am aware of the conditions, just that this part : 

"Tu avoir en plus une résidence et une carte d'identité en  Belgique européenne sans tu oublie" 

In my opinion is not far from a systematic racism and it should be fixed. Going to a shop to buy is an option as @Gregory  said, it just doesn't feel right.

Sorry, @Mahdi-Rs That is how the system is working/set up right now.

You can go to a shop and buy one there.  One does not buy a phone every day, so it won't be very inconvenient.  The advantage of going to a shop is that you can leave the shop with the telephone.  If you order on-line, it may take days for the phone to arrive, sometimes weeks
