Modem does not accept SIM card

Dear all,

My internet broke on Friday. I receive the denial message De Sim Kart kan niet worder gebruikt in dit aparaat.

I called the whole Friday and today your service, nobody replied. I sent a message on FB and on twitter, no replies.

Can you please help?

The only thing you can do is to continue calling and/or waiting for an answer on FB or on twitter

Thank you for your reply.

I cannot work because of no internet. I pay for the service and have no internet and I tried all channels to get help. I kindly ask you to help me. It has been lasting from Friday.
