Modem does not accept SIM card

My internet broke on Friday. I receive the denial message De Sim Kart kan niet worder gebruikt in dit aparaat.

I called the whole Friday and today your service, nobody replied. I sent a message on FB and on twitter, no replies.

Can you please help?

There are only customers here and a moderator.

The only thing you can do is to continue calling and/or waiting for an answer on FB or on twitter

The only option your have is to call the service.
