I think you are confusing the two kinds of badges. There are OTY Badges and Tribe Badges.
Tribe badges are the badges that you earn here on Tribe by being an active Triber: posting, answering questions, giving "pluimen" (= feathers"), receiving "pluimen"
These Tribe badges become visible in your profile page here on Tribe. These are just honorary badges, no gifts connected to them.
Then there are the OTY Badges. This stands for Orange Thank You badges. These badges appear in your customer zone op the internet and in the app on your phone. To merit these bagdes you have to fulfill a series of tasks. And four of these tasks are linked to Tribe. Hence the confusion. These four tasks are:
- become a Tribe Scout
- become a Tribe Verkenner
- become a Tribe Genezer
- become a Tribe Sjamaan
Each of these achievements is rewarded with a OTY badge. For every three OTY Badges that you achieve, there is a gift for you in your OTY zone on your customer page on the internet and in the app on your phone.
How to earn these badges? That's simple, promote to the rank of scout, Verkenner, Genezer and Sjamaan. The first two badges are already yours. It can take a while before they appear in your OTY zone, but do not worry, they will,
The remaining two will be yours if you stay here on Tribe as an active member. When time passes, eventually you wil be promoted to those higher ranks. The exact requirements are a secret to all of us ... It's always a surprise ...
