Hi all,
I have the flybox.
It's extremely slow.
It should have 150GB but I only seem to get 13GB!
Has anyone else had this problem?
I've phone called orange (no answer after 30 mins)
I've emailed orange (no response to any email address I found).
Overall it's very frustrating as this has been going on for week now.
Anyone able to help?

OK, good news. I have finally got a response on twitter messenger.
What's good is that they have given me a "gift of 50 GB. These GB will be activated tomorrow"
But what's bad is that I thought I was meant to have 150GB, not 13GB.
So I'm still not even getting what I originally payed for.

Hi,
You don't really have 150 GB ... you have 15 + 35 GB in peak hours and 100 GB in off-peak hours. If you use all your GB in peak hours, you no longer have access to your 100 GB in off-peak hours even if you have not exhausted your 100 GB.
