I payed for 150GB why only 13GB now?

Hi all, 

I have the flybox.

It's extremely slow.

It should have 150GB but I only seem to get 13GB! 

Has anyone else had this problem? 

I've phone called orange (no answer after 30 mins) 

I've emailed orange (no response to any email address I found). 

Overall it's very frustrating as this has been going on for week now. 

Anyone able to help?

Contact 5000.  It's the only way.

That number is only for customers with orange sim cards, I don't have a sim card so I can't call.

I only have an internet subscription.  

Super frustrating. 

What's worse, the internet with my regular mobile provider (which is just regular 4G) is MUCH faster than the orange internet flybox. I don't understand how the flybox is so bad.
