Hello,
I ordered a prepaid sim card last Friday at the Eshop, but till today I don't receive it.
I tried several times to reach your hotline, but choosing English service will always be redirected to the Dutch one.
Please help me out with this issue.

Thanks so much for your quick reply,
I have sent a message by Facebook messenger and expecting the reply.
But to be honest, I would like to say the hotline -> English option must be something wrong.
I have called minimum 5 times, and each time I chose the English option, I was redirected to the Dutch one (But most of them don't speak English).
