good morning,

i placed an order on Sunday but still no news about it. Sales should be delivered next day (working) but i dont even have an email to follow up my order delivery. Order number 300927934. I have no telephone to work because my previous is broken, if i knew that it takes days to deliver i would have chosen an other way to buy it.

First this: Please do not place personal data (including your order number) on Tribe. This also for your own security; This website can be read by anyone. So be careful with that!

To return to your question, you can call the free number 5000 from Orange's customer service.
You explain your question or problem and you will be asked for your customer number. Hopefully they will help you quickly, or you will have to re-order (if they find nothing from your command in their system) or they will make a file number. Orange can call you back on your mobile number.

But hopefully you will be helped really quickly ...

I am not an orange client (mobile) i just ordered a device (no sim or contract).

So i cannot call 5000.

It does not work from my mobile also if you call customer service they ask for your mobile number but they mean your orange number...because its only orange client service

i already asked in Twitter but it takes days to reply...i just need a smartphone because i broke the last one... if i knew i would go to retail shops and buy one there is no difference in prices anyway (10 euro only = orange had 50% on accessories)

Sad to hear.  I've never had to call the (dreaded) 5000 number, so I cannot comment
Maybe give it a try giving your order number

I think you have 3 options

(1) If you can get hold of a phone, call number 5000 as Surfer indicated ( be prepared to wait, this can be a pain in the neck)
(2) Post your question on Facebook, Orange, Community page.  It may take a few days to get an answer, but I would do it if I were you
(3) Wait.  It may arrive today or tomorrow

i will wait, this is the worse after sales service ever...

There is no telephone for sales support other the one for only orange customers.

Many links in the emails are not working anymore, twitter and facebook is only for marketing

No online help-chat...amd many more...

Ugh @Emm,

You should indeed receive a track&trace to follow up your order. As the other tribers proposed, you can indeed contact the Customer service tribe or the Webcare tribe. If you aren't a Orange customer you can call +32 2 745 95 00 to reach them.
