J'ai perdu mon GSM

Hello.
I am always grateful for your service.
Unfortunately, I lost my phone in France.
Someone stole my phone and turned it off.
So, I would like to receive lost service from Orange, such as reporting the loss of my cell phone or suspending the SIM card.

My name is Sujeong Hwang.

I changed my Sim number.

I don't remember my original Sim number. But if you need it, I'll find it and tell you.

Let me know if you need any more information. I hope you solve it as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Hello @hystar06 ,

Oh 😞

To block the sim card, you need to contact our customer service directly via the 5000, social media or chat.
To have a new sim card, you can order it directly via your customer zone or go to the shop 😉

Bonjour,

Sorry, but you are on a forum where there are only customers and a moderator. For your particular problem, it's best to contact Orange. You can phone them on 5000 (or +32 (0)2 745 95 00) or use the Chat.
You can access the chat by clicking here and then on the blue bubble at the bottom right.

Hello Sujeong Hwang,

Thank you for reaching out and for your kind words.

We’re sorry to hear that your phone was stolen. To help you quickly, here are the steps you should follow:

  1. Block your SIM card:
Please contact Orange Customer Service as soon as possible by phone or by visiting an Orange store. They can immediately block your SIM card to prevent unauthorized use.

  2. Report the theft:
You should also file a police report in France. This report might be needed by Orange or your insurance provider.

  3. Request a new SIM:
Since you mentioned you’ve changed your SIM number, you can request a replacement with your existing Orange account (if active) or create a new one.

  4. Provide account details:
If possible, provide any information such as your original SIM number, customer number, or ID to help verify your identity.

Please don’t share your personal details publicly here for security reasons. Instead, contact Orange Belgium’s customer service via:

We hope your issue gets resolved quickly!

Best regards,
Orange Community Support
