@ovifrz proximus is also not supported here. Are you new customer for orange , that you're Lycka number is transfer to Orange ? then we can give a answer but no Proximus or Lycka.
I already have a subscription at orange on a number that was proximus... And i wanted also to make this thing for another subscribtion on a lyka sim card to move to orange but to keep the number, i will go to a orange shop anyway
@ovifrz ah ok when you want to come to Orange and you want to keep youre number then you have to go to a shop. In the shop the can ask to move over youre number to Orange.

@ovifrz whats the problem ? Lycka is not from Orange so when there is a prbolem whit it then you have to ask there customer support.
