Hi, my mobile network status is in no service. When I call my number it's saying that number is not in use.
It's a prepaid card and can't top up via orange web service.
Can anyone please help me?

Hi @Denizz ,
Did the number work in the past or is it a new prepaid card you're trying to use?
If new: before use of any prepaid number, the number has to be registered with an ID card or a bank card.
If it's an existing card that doesn't work anymore; you have to add money minimum once every year or else the number will get suspended/deleted.
