Hi, my mobile network status is in no service. When I call my number it's saying that number is not in use. It's a prepaid card and can't top up via orange web service. Can anyone please help me?

Hi @Denizz ,

Did the number work in the past or is it a new prepaid card you're trying to use?

If new: before use of any prepaid number, the number has to be registered with an ID card or a bank card.

If it's an existing card that doesn't work anymore; you have to add money minimum once every year or else the number will get suspended/deleted.

Hi Pletse.

Thank you for your reply. It was an existing card. Due to the i use another simcard from my work i really am not aware of last top up date.

If my number is either suspended or deleted is there any chance to recover it?

Because all offical stuff was linked with my number.

You can try to contact customer service on the number 0800 85 000 and ask if they can reactivate the number.
