Clarification Regarding the Monthly Price of My Four Mobile Lines

Dear Orange Customer Service,
I am writing regarding my contract signed on 14 August 2026 at the Orange shop in Leuven.
At the time of signing, I was told that the monthly price would be €15 for my line and €7 for each of the other three mobile lines, in addition to the internet subscription.
However, after reviewing the contract, I cannot find any provision confirming this pricing. The contract shows that all four mobile subscriptions are Orange Mobile Medium, with a standard price of €23 per month. It also mentions an €8 per month “Promo 8 euros for life”, which would result in €15 per line.
Furthermore, the multi-product discount table in the contract appears to show a €8 discount for Orange Mobile Medium when there are at least two mobile lines and Orange Internet, which would again result in €15 per line.
Therefore, I would like you to clarify:
Why was I told that my line would cost €15/month and the other three lines €7/month?
Where in my contract is the €7/month price for the other three lines stated?
What will be the exact monthly amount, including my internet subscription and all four mobile lines, after all applicable discounts?
Please confirm the correct monthly pricing in writing before the first invoice is issued.
