SIM card not delivered
I ordered a MobiCarte on May 30, 2026. I migrated my old number from Syma to Orange. Portability took place on June 13, 2026. I went to the Orange store before the port but the person said they can't give me a sim card before the migration is complete.
So i went back again 3 days after the migration, they said they SIM card only can delivered to my address and they said it will delivered. I came back home and waited but I never received the sim card.
I went back again last week and they said the same thing, it will delivered to my address but it's been a week and I still didn't receive it.
What is the solution? I can't French yet so I can't call the support myself? What should I do now? It's been more than month and the number is very important to me.....

The easiest solution for you would be to contact our customer support team via our social media channels (Facebook or Instagram). We will be able to check your situation and arrange for a new SIM card to be sent to you. You should receive it within 2 to 3 working days.
