Limited Upload speed

Hello good morning.

I'm a new client and I wanted to know how to request the removal of my internet upload speed limitation?

Currently I have the giga fiber package that should have a 50Mbps upload but all my speedtests (including the Orange technician' speedtest) show a maximum of 21/22Mbps.

In my previous provider (Voo), I was always reaching values above 50Mbps.

I can provide some screenshots to confirm these values.
