That's odd @GR18 Have you tried Facebook ?

Or you can try 5000 again.  It may take some time to get someone on the line because every one is busy.

I have only needed the 5000 once.  Took 15 min to be able to speak to someone

ps: Have you tried to put the flybox closer to a window ?

It appears I used the 50GB available during the day therefore my connexion is very low... and it is supposed to switch to normal from 18.00 to 8.00 (for the 100GB left) but in my case it is still super slow so I will try to contact the after sales.
