Getting Internet+TV done being abroad

I am right now outside of Belgium but going to move very soon

I do not want to lose time and want to get internet and mobile immediately , I am trying to get in touch with sales team of Orange to get this done without any success , it seems this is only possible if you already have Belgium phone number

is there is a phone number that I can call , I tried +32 2 745 95 00 but they were completely useless and have no information , they given me 0800 number which ofcourse you can not reach outside of Belgium

Hi,

If you want an internet/tv installation in Belgium, you also need to take a mobile number from Orange.

You also need an address, so the istallation can be booked on that address.

I already have address in Belgium

I just want to make sure I can make appointment before I physicaly move to Belgium so I do not lose time

any idea what is the phone number I can call if they can give me a call ?
