Terrif plan and SIM puk and pin code issues

I m sorry to say about I had not good experience with orange. I subscribed unlimited data bundle for 40 euros monthly. But due to unfair internet service sometimes, I had to have WiFi at home. I tried to change subscription to lower terrif plan. But there is error in app. I tried to change it on call. They forwarded the issue to next person. Even after waiting for 15-20 minutes after talking to first person, nobody could resolved the issue.

Now I restarted my phone, and entered PIN and PUK code from card..but it is getting failed and failed again.

I'm fed up

@JannatFarooq Ah yes, I understand, it’s a bug. You need to contact customer support via our social media (Facebook or Instagram) or by calling 5000. A commercial gesture can be offered on your bill, and the concerned service can manually force the change.

I completely understand that this is annoying for you, especially the internet problems. When did you activate your mobile number with us? You can change your price plan once every 30 days.

22nd December!

I tried after a month. But there is always a system error in the application. And mentioned to call customer service. Now I paid for 2nd Month terrif. I even don't use it much now.
