I had recharged mobile internet for 15gb for 20euros. I wanted to cancel it because i did not use it. I was told it cannot be cancelled but they can waiver it if i have not used it by the end of the month

I called the customer care only to be told that waiver will not be given to me and whoever informed me that waiver will be given is not that particular person so he cant speak on there behave. I would like to know how they can promise something and go back on there words.
