my laptop keeps disconnecting from the flybox al the time. guest at my home also had this problem so it is the flybox that is the cause. does anyone know what to do?
The issue could be linked to the Flybox, to the WiFi of the Flybox or to the 4G signal received by the Flybox
If possible 1st check if the issue still would be present if the laptop would be connected by cable to the Flybox
Which WiFi frequency band is being used between the laptop and the Flybox (WiFi 2.4 or 5.0)?
Is the Fybox involved still under guarantee? Which type of Flybox we are talking about?
i believe it us using the 5Ghz band.
i do not have a cable at the moment so i will have to wait a bit to test with the cable.
i do not know the exact model of the flybox, but i received it from Orange about 6-8 months ago.
It is an Alcatel
= the Flybox still is in 2year guarantee period (in case the issue could be linked to the Flybox and not the indoor 4G coverage itself)
