flybox loses connection

my laptop keeps disconnecting from the flybox al the time. guest at my home also had this problem so it is the flybox that is the cause. does anyone know what to do?

I am not ware of any Orange public contact  e-mail address

As indicated in Dutch or French on Orange website, for repair services you could go a Orange shop in the neighborhood (with purchase documents involved)

You can try to put the Flybox on a onther place. Maybe there is some disconnection whit 4G on that spot. 

So try a different place and see how its going.
