Limited Upload speed

Hello good morning.

I'm a new client and I wanted to know how to request the removal of my internet upload speed limitation?

Currently I have the giga fiber package that should have a 50Mbps upload but all my speedtests (including the Orange technician' speedtest) show a maximum of 21/22Mbps.

In my previous provider (Voo), I was always reaching values above 50Mbps.

I can provide some screenshots to confirm these values.

I’m afraid it won’t be possible. Think it depends on the combined usage of all the current users of the network. It will vary

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I don't think the number of users has changed that much in only 1 day.Until the 24/10 with VOO, my upload was always above 50mbps. Yesterday and today, with Orange, I'm getting 22mbps max. So I assume it's a Orange limitation.

I’m not aware of any Orange limitation. 
Could you test at serveral moments of the day and see whether there’s a difference ?
