I just changed my mobile provider from proximus to orange
but i think it was a bad decision because there is no coverage at my home
When i checked on the map - there is only a small spot without coverage, and this is exactly my home!

I really advise you to reach the customer service department by Facebook, Messenger, Twitter or via 5000. Most of us who reply are customers and we do not have access to your personal information.
If you want to terminate your contract by porting your number, it has to remain active. DO NOT terminate it yourself otherwise you will not be able to port your number back to Proximus
