Hello, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S9 on the box is written 'European SIM only' and I will call it 5 minutes it will be unlocked. I made this but when I put a non-European SIM in my phone it was writting that I need a code to unlock my phone. Can someone help me please?

So you bought your phone from a mobile carrier and it's sim locked.
You can try to obtain the unlock code from the carrier or buy an unlock code online.
