flybox loses connection
my laptop keeps disconnecting from the flybox al the time. guest at my home also had this problem so it is the flybox that is the cause. does anyone know what to do?

You can try to put the Flybox on a onther place. Maybe there is some disconnection whit 4G on that spot.
So try a different place and see how its going.

The issue could be linked to the Flybox, to the WiFi of the Flybox or to the 4G signal received by the Flybox
If possible 1st check if the issue still would be present if the laptop would be connected by cable to the Flybox
Which WiFi frequency band is being used between the laptop and the Flybox (WiFi 2.4 or 5.0)?
Is the Fybox involved still under guarantee? Which type of Flybox we are talking about?
