Promotion Samsung Galaxy S21
Did somebody now about the promotion from Orange with the galaxy s21 + cadeau galaxy buds2 ?
I just buy the Phone and they told me that I need to orded the galaxy buds2 from Samsung with one promotion code... but I didn t receive any code from them ...not an e-mail or a mesagge with the code.... I find one paper inside of the Phone box with"shop code" some numbers there but that s not a valide one... can somebody help me ,please . Thanks in advance

Normaly you don't need a promotion code because you go to the promotion website of Samsung. On the promotion site you find the promotion what's connect on you're phone , because there a lot of promotion whit Samsung. Then when you find the promotion you have to do a registration of you're account , you're name and email adres and the code EAN number of you're phone. And you also need you're receipt what you get from Orange and have to make a copy and put it in as attachment.
