Lost my 4g connection

• Hello,

After the activation of 5G in my neighborhood, Rue des Francs, I can neither connect to 5G nor 4G. 3G is the only available network that really works, but its speed is very slow. I've tried everything, including removing the access point and adding it manually, but nothing works. Do you know what I should do in situations like this? I even have this problem outside of the building. I need to say that my phone support 5G but even forcing it to use 4G doesn't work. It happens for two weeks.
