Foreigner wanting to subscribe Pack

Hello, i just moved to Belgium to work.

I have ID, passport and appartment rental contract. 

Is there a way to get your Mobile+Internet Pack without going to a physical store? 

Ive phoned to Orange directly, they said its not possible for me because i dont have belgian passport.

Then the vastgoed woman called on my behalf, someone told her i could get it going to a store, or sending an email. But theres no email around. 

Then this morning my coworker called to a store, and once again they couldnt help.

So, is there a way i can get a subscription, or is the internet+mobile quality as bad as customer service so far?

Its been over a month since i sent digital copies of the relevant documents. 

No email reply whatsoever, nothing.

Poor, poor service. Very disappointed with the required bureaucracy.

It is possible with passport + document proof of residence + Belgian bank account number.

For proof of residence a water/electricity bill on your name with the address should do or a document from local government with stamp on. A rental agreement is most likely not going to be accepted.

It will take a bit longer to be active (+-48hr) due to the fact that it is not with E-ID. If it is not with E-ID it requires an additional check in Brussels. We might not be able to give you an installation date immediately but whenever the contract is validated we call the customer to select an installation date. But i've had multiple clients with international passports that took subscriptions.

When you want to have a contract for Mobile and internet than you need a Belgium passport and a Belgium account number by a Belgium bank. 

When that is ok than you can get a contract otherwise there is no possibility.
