Missions : Comment obtenir le badge "Visual voicemail"

I am trying to earn a badge called "visual voicemail". To do so I only have to install the app, the problem is I cannot find it. I found another app called Orange Phone but that doesn't work. Is there someone that knows how I can earn that badge?
