Signature delivered in 3 months

I ordered a MobiCarte on May 30, 2026. I migrated my old number from Syma to Orange. Portability took place on June 13, 2026. I went to the Orange store before the port but the person said they can't give me a sim card before the migration is complete. 

So i went back again 3 days after the migration, they said they SIM card only can delivered to my address and they said it will delivered. I came back home and waited but I never received the sim card.

I went back again last week and they said the same thing, it will delivered to my address but it's been a week and I still didn't receive it. I have visited the boutique 8 times so far. Now they are saying my number may have been cancelled.

What is the solution? I can't French yet so I can't call the support myself? What should I do now? It's been more than month and the number is very important to me.....
