Block credit usage for internet

Hello,

When my internet package is finished, automatically it uses my credit for surfing with 0.5 euros/MB. Is there a way to block credit usage for internet?

Hi,

Two possibilities

  • Set the amount of National data control to zero in My Orange
  • Switch to one of the latest plans.  When the package is finished, you continue at no charge but with reduced speed

I have prepaid card. There is not National data control option in My orange.

Hi,

I guess you have a prepaid card? Thereby it's no longer possible to block this automatically by Orange. But you can block this by setting a limit in the settings of your phone.

Yes, I have prepaid card. I seems that I couldn't set the limit in the setting for cellular iPhone.
