Of course, does the decoder have a price (€200), secondly, they cannot limit clients to 10 days to return the decoder, realistically it would be 1 month, and secondly, if they have already charged for the service for the same decoder for more than 3 years, the clients are not obliged nothing to pay.

They could freely write that €2,000 is also a fine for an unreturned decoder. They can do as they want without any control.

that means if I'm on vacation, and I cancel the subscription to the decoder, and I can't return it within 10 days, (because I'm on vacation) I have to pay €200, shouldn't there be a deadline of one month for returning the decoder? and when I took the decoder it was 2018 and that year was not specified at all. Laws are written every 3 months and they change as they want, to the detriment of clients, they can do as they please because they have a monopoly over everything
